If you have returned an order for an exchange, we will dispatch your exchange package within 3 business days after your return package has arrived to our return warehouse locations.
If after this period you still have no yet received notification that your exchange order has been dispatched, please contact us and we will help speed up the process.
Always remember to save your tracking information for your return so you are able to show us that your package has arrived to our return warehouse locations. Without this we cannot send out the exchange order.
If your return does not arrive within 30 days of accepting your return request, we may close your return request. We are not responsible for fulfilling the return after that, and any exchange orders created will be cancelled.
