When will I receive my refund?Updated 4 hours ago

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We do not refund the shipping costs, only the item cost. It may take up to 10 business days for the funds to go back to your account.

The following refunds options are supported:

• Refund to the original payment method
• Refund to store credit (if applicable)

If your original payment method no longer exists, please notify us before we proceed with the refund. If it's been processed already we will need notification from the bank to prove that the refunded funds were bounced back/rejected. After verifying that the funds were not successfully received we can provide a different refund method such as In-store Credit/Paypal payment. If there is no successful notice of rejection we cannot provide an alternate refunding solution. In this case please check with your bank.
