A pre-order item is one that you are ordering before we have it in inventory. You may cancel a pre-order item up until the time your order has begun processing and is ready for shipping.

Please note that if you place an order which includes a pre-order item in addition to any in-stock item, we will need to wait for the pre-order item to be available before we can dispatch your entire order. We recommend placing an order for a pre-order item separately from the other items in your cart if you want to receive your items faster.

To cancel a pre-order item please contact us. Once your order has been sent to a shipping facility it may no longer be cancelled. There is a small chance that certain pre-orders may be delayed or cancelled, based on demand. If your order is delayed, you will be sent an email informing you of the new estimated shipment date. If your order is cancelled or you choose to cancel, a refund will be issued the same day the order is cancelled and usually reflects in 10 business days.
