I placed an order with Alipay/Paypal for a pre order/order item. How will I be refunded it I want to cancel that order?Updated 4 hours ago

If you cancel the order, Paypal payments will be refunded as usual back to your account within 10 business days.

If you paid with Alipay, we will manually process the refund back to your account, if no automatic refund process is used during the process.

All refund confirmations will be notified via email.
