Returning an Item

You can return an item for a refund or size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Go to the Returns Portal to start your return.
  • We’ll provide a local return address (US, UK, Canada, Australia, or China).
  • Return shipping to the return location is paid by the customer. We do not provide shipping labels.
  • If tax payment is required to be shipped back to our China return label, customers must pay the tax as we are not responsible for that payment.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and in original packaging (tags and clear plastic bags with product barcodes). We may reject your return if it doesn't fit these return requirements.
  • We only offer one return process per item in your order. That means you cannot ask for another exchange/refund again if the exchange does not fit you.
  • Ship your return and enter your return tracking ID details within 7 days after we approve your request, or your return request may auto expire and you will need to restart another request.
  • Allow for 3 - 4 days for us to review your return requests.

Exchanges

  • You return the item, and we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
  • If your requested exchange item is out of stock when processing, a refund will be issued instead.
  • We cannot issue a return on a part of a set.

How do I ship back the items

Refer to the email received after placing the return request. There will be directions on the address details and how to place your tracking ID. You must use tracked shipping, and we’re not responsible for returns we don’t receive.
