How can I track the status of my order?Updated 4 hours ago

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. We aim to ship packages within 3 days. Please note we do not dispatch packages during holidays.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 2 days for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

After your order is dispatched, you can click the tracking number link in the email or track your order.

Locate the tracking link from your shipping email.

Click on the Tracking link and it will navigate you to our shipping logistic partner's website where you should be able to view tracking details about your package.

If there is an issue where the tracking details aren't very clear or you want to see the POD (proof of delivery) pictures of your delivery you can click on the Last Mile Tracking Number link if it is provided.

After you click on that link, depending on the courier's website it may ask for you to input your tracking ID. Please use the Last Mile Tracking Number and not the NSS provided Tracking ID. From there you should be able to view detailed tracking details of the latest updates provided from the courier.

Last Mile means the last point of contact from a courier company, so it is has the latest updated information possible.
