Can I make changes or cancel my online order?Updated 4 hours ago

Once an order begins the dispatch process, no changes can be made. 

But we can cancel or edit the order if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Most orders (unless items are preorder or backorder) are shipped within 3 days. If your package has already started the dispatching process we will not be able to cancel or edit your order. 

We ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure.
