Customs Duties & DDP Shipping

Angel Ruche generally ships orders using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. This means customs duties and import taxes are intended to be covered by Angel Ruche, so customers should not normally need to pay additional customs charges when their order arrives.

If You Are Asked to Pay Customs Duties

In some cases, due to logistical or shipping limitations, we may be unable to pay customs duties in advance. If we are notified of this before delivery, we will aim to contact you by email to let you know.

However, we may not always receive advance notice from the courier or customs authority. In these cases, you may receive an email or SMS requesting payment before your package can be delivered.

Before making any payment, please make sure the request is from a legitimate courier, customs authority, or authorized payment provider.

If you are required to pay customs duties or import taxes for your Angel Ruche order, please keep your payment receipt and send it to us. Once verified, we will reimburse the eligible amount as soon as possible.

How We Reimburse Customs Charges

For customer orders, reimbursement may be provided through:

• A refund to your original payment method, where possible;

• Angel Ruche store credit; or

• PayPal in USD.

In some cases, the amount available to refund through the original order may not be sufficient to cover the full customs reimbursement. If this happens, we may need to reimburse you through PayPal in USD instead.

For PR, gifted collaboration, and influencer packages, customs reimbursements can only be made through PayPal in USD.

Why We May Not Ship to Certain Countries

If Angel Ruche does not currently ship to your country or region, this may be because we are unable to find a suitable DDP shipping channel.

We regularly review available shipping routes and will add or restore destinations when suitable DDP shipping options become available.
