If you are purchasing from us, Angel Ruche will reimburse all customs tax costs. However sometimes we are unable to pay it beforehand due to logistical reasons, so we will reimburse you over as a refund/in-store credit/paypal using USD.

We aim to notify you over email if we are notifed ahead of time that the customer may have to pay customs tax that we aren't able to cover beforehand. Sometimes we may not be notified ahead of time, and you will be asked to pay this. If this is the case please verify that this is coming from a legit source, and after paying the tax please send us the receipt and we will reimburse you ASAP. You should be notified via email or sms if you're asked to pay customs tax.
